When I attended my first class with Christine in 2008 it was like a breath of fresh air. Christine will push you in a physical class, but always with kindness & compassion. She has a wonderful outlook & sense of humour that she brings into her teaching, making her class environment nurturing both physically & spiritually.
I benefited so much from the classes that I wanted to take my Yoga practice further and was lucky enough to find Christine available for private lessons, which I attended regularly for a number of years. Throughout this time Christine supported & encouraged me in my practice, to the extent that I have now passed my own Yoga Teacher Training.
I whole heartedly recommend Christine's classes, particularly her private lessons, for anyone new to Yoga or for existing students of Ashtanga Yoga looking for guidance in their practice.

After experiencing many approaches to Yoga, after my first class with Chrissie I was hooked.  Chrissie has a spiritual approach to Yoga, delivering classes that help you focus on body, mind and spirit.  She explains and demonstrates the moves with expertise with a hands on approach in helping you into the right move safely. 

What stands out for me is that Chrissie, clearly loves what she does, it is part of her, rather than just teaching.  She offers different levels of Yoga, from the Novice to Intermediate in the same class, you decide what level suits you.  I love her classes, not only does it help me physically, but it rests my busy mind too.

Christine is a wonderful yoga teacher and her classes are always very enjoyable.  Every lesson is well-prepared, varied and accompanied by delightful music.  She exudes a beautiful calmness and contentment, and you cannot fail to be relaxed and invigorated by her classes.  Her knowledge of the poses and the Sanskrit translation is impressive.  Her approach is always warm, encouraging and never critical, and she has a wonderful sense of humour which she brings to every lesson.  Her yoga classes are the highlight of my week!

Chris has been my yoga teacher since she took over my class in December 2011.
She works you hard, but the rewards are worth it. I feel good afterwards, and particularly enjoyed the series of classes when she worked through your chakras.  Christine's classes are  always hard work but with a fun element and I come away with a sense of achievement after each class.
